About Our Containers

Q: What sizes of storage containers do you offer?
A: We offer 20 foot and 40 foot steel shipping containers. The 20 ft is great for a 1–2 bedroom home’s worth of belongings or a small business’s inventory. The 40 ft suits larger households, farms, and commercial storage needs. Visit our Units & Pricing page for full dimensions.
Q: Are the containers weatherproof?
A: Yes. Our containers are made from heavy-gauge steel and are fully air-tight and water-tight. They’re designed to keep moisture, wind, and rain out — which matters a lot given Alberta’s weather. Your belongings stay dry whether it’s a February blizzard or a summer hailstorm.
Q: Are the containers pest-free?
A: Absolutely. Steel construction means there are no wood frames, no gaps, and no soft materials for rodents or insects to chew through or nest in. Our containers are sealed against pests.
Q: Can I lock my container?
A: Yes. Our containers have heavy-duty lockable doors. You provide your own padlock so that you — and only you — have access to your unit.
Q: What condition are the containers in?
A: Our containers are wind and watertight and well-maintained for secure storage. If you’d like to inspect a unit before renting, just get in touch and we’ll arrange it.

Renting & Access

Q: How do I rent a container?
A: Simple — call us at (403) 901-0168 or fill out the contact form on our Contact page. We’ll confirm availability, walk you through sizing, and get you set up.
Q: How long can I rent for?
A: We offer flexible rental terms. Whether you need a container for a month or a few years, we can work with you. Give us a call to discuss short-term and long-term options.
Q: Can I access my container whenever I want?
A: Yes. Once your container is set up, you have access to it during normal facility hours. Contact us for specific access hour details.
Q: What do I need to bring when I come to access my unit?
A: Just your padlock and whatever you’re storing. We recommend bringing your own padlock so you always control access.
Q: Can I load my container on my own, or do I need help?
A: You’re welcome to load and unload at your own pace. Our containers are at ground level, so there are no stairs or lifts to deal with — just back up a truck and get to work.

What You Can Store

Q: What can I store in a container?
A: Our containers are suitable for a wide range of items — household furniture and appliances, tools and equipment, business inventory, seasonal gear (ATVs, snowmobiles, lawn mowers), farm supplies, and more.
Q: Are there things I can’t store?
A: Yes. Like all storage facilities, we do not permit storage of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food, live animals, or anything illegal under Canadian law. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask us before you bring it in.
Q: Can I store vehicles?
A: Please contact us to discuss your specific situation. Motorcycles and small recreational vehicles may be accommodated in the 40 ft container depending on dimensions. We’re happy to talk it through.
Q: Can businesses store inventory or equipment here?
A: Absolutely. We work with contractors, tradespeople, retailers, and other businesses who need secure, affordable storage without committing to warehouse space. Call us to discuss your commercial storage needs.
